Auspicious Living LLC, a minority-owned small business registered in Minnesota, requests $50,000-$500,000 to acquire vacant lot(s) and complete initial construction mobilization for a pilot project of 2–3 new single-family homes (2,000–3,200 sq. ft. each) in the Twin Cities metro area. With 20+ years of experience in residential rehabilitation, renovation, and production of income-producing rental properties across Georgia and Minnesota, the applicant will acquire suitable lot(s), secure permits, perform site development, and mobilize construction to a stage where conventional construction financing, investor equity, or sales proceeds can complete construction and sale.

Project outcomes

Acquire [1–3] lots and complete site mobilization for construction of 2–3 market-rate yet workforce-oriented single-family homes.

Create 8–12 direct construction and admin jobs in the first 12 months.

Demonstrate a replicable model for expansion to Florida markets within 18–24 months.

The requested funds will bridge an access-to-capital gap commonly faced by minority entrepreneurs, unlock additional leveraged financing, and generate measurable community and economic benefits.
