Our Mission Is To Build High-quality Single-family Homes That Meet The Needs Of Today’s Families While Creating Economic Opportunities Through Local Job Creation And Small Business Growth. With Over 20 Years Of Hands-on Experience In Residential Rehabilitation · Renovation · And Management Of Income-producing Rental Properties In Georgia And Minnesota · I Bring The Expertise · Vision · And Determination To Successfully Deliver New Construction Projects. The Next Phase Of This Journey Is Launching A Pilot Project To Construct Two To Three Single-family Homes (2 · 000–3 · 200 Sq. Ft. Each) In The Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Upon Completion · This Project Will Serve As A Foundation To Expand Development Into Sarasota And Port Charlotte Counties In Florida. We Are Respectfully Requesting $350 · 000–$500 · 000 In Grant Funding To Support Land Acquisition · Permitting · Site Development · And Construction Mobilization For This Pilot Project. These Funds Will Bridge The Gap Often Faced By Minority-owned Startups · Allowing Us To Demonstrate Proof Of Concept · Leverage Additional Financing · And Create A Replicable Model For Sustainable Housing Development. While This Business Is A Startup In Its Current Form · It Is Backed By Decades Of Industry Experience And A Strong Commitment To Community Growth. The Project Will Not Only Provide High-quality Homes To Local Families But Will Also Create Jobs · Strengthen Neighborhood Stability · And Serve As A Scalable Initiative That Can Be Expanded Into Other High-demand Markets.
